The need: a digital solution from day one
When Visible Care was founded, the need for a learning platform came up immediately. It quickly became clear that a digital solution was essential to organize and run their adult education. The school faced the challenge of supporting two different student groups – distance students and language-support students.
"We started with Omniway when the school launched and it has been our platform ever since," Elisabeth says.
For distance students, it was important to have a tool where they could submit assignments, access reading instructions, and follow their syllabi. Language-support students, on the other hand, needed a tool to plan their days with clear schedules and attendance instructions.
The solution: a flexible, user-friendly platform
Omniway turned out to be a solution that could meet the school's needs on several levels. The platform became a tool where distance students could follow their plans step by step, and where language-support students got structure and clarity in their daily schedules.
"At first we had to open each individual student to follow their progress. Now we can see the whole class's progression on a single page," Elisabeth explains.
A smoother workflow with Zoom integration
"There were some limitations early on, but the platform has come a long way. Being able to book Zoom meetings directly in the system is an improvement that has really made a difference," Elisabeth says.
The result: simplicity and confidence
The platform is user-friendly and easy to learn, which makes it easy for new teachers to start using it. Elisabeth describes the onboarding process as clear and effective for both new teachers and students.
"Whenever we email support, we always get a reply within 12 hours, which feels really good. It builds confidence to know that help is available when we need it," she says.
Omniway has been a central part of Visible Care's operations since the start. The platform has helped them create structure and clarity in their teaching.
